At Happy Vibes Hub, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping is FREE on all orders — coffee, tea, and mugs ship free, with no minimum order required.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All physical products ship from the United States. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Coffee & Tea Orders
Coffee and tea products are freshly prepared and shipped through our fulfillment partner. Processing times may vary slightly due to production. Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready.
Mug Orders
Our mugs are made to order and can take up to 10 business days for production before shipping. Please allow extra time on top of standard shipping times for mug orders.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple product types (such as coffee and mugs), items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE on all orders — coffee, tea, and mugs. There is no minimum order required; shipping costs are already included in our product prices.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@happyvibeshub.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
